Bacon Cheddar Kale Quiche

I'm pretty sure I have always loved quiche. Maybe it's because to me it's like dessert for breakfast. I'm not a super sweets lover...so anything salty, savory and cheesy qualifies as a delicious treat.
Also, with quiche, the possibilities are endless. I mean, this is the second quiche I've made this week. I honestly could eat quiche every day, whether it were for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Depending on the ingredients you use, quiche can also bring in a large amount of your daily nutrient goals. Today, I wanted to add Kale into our quiche, to take advantage of the most nutrient-dense food on the planet.
You may have seen a few of my Instagram posts regarding our potted garden. We have loads and loads of Kale right now. Lately, I've been feeling like Bubba from Forrest Gump. But instead of shrimp, it's Kale. We've made Creamed Kale, Kale Chips, Kale Mushroom Soup, Kale Burritos...so why not try Quiche with Kale?
